- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill or 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Scrub and bake potatoes in a 425° oven until tender.

2Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.

3Scoop out each potato half, leaving a thin shell.

4Place potato pulp into mixing bowl.

5Add 3 tablespoons of the melted butter.

6Add rest of the ingredients. Beat until smooth.

7Pile mixture into shells.

8Place in baking pan.

9Brush tops with remaining melted butter.

10Sprinkle with paprika.

11Bake at 425° about 20 minutes or until light brown.
