- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. dillweed
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Place Salon filets on a greased broiler rack.

2Combine remaining ingredients and baste filets.

3Broil 4-inches from heat for 10 minutes per inch of thickness.

4Baste frequently.

5Do not turn.

6Salmon is cooked when it flakes with a fork.
