- 2/3 c. cornstarch
- 1 c. (2 sticks) margarine, softened
- 1 c. flour
- 1/3 c. confectioners sugar
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and mix with mixer until fluffy.

2Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.

3Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they start to brown.

4Let cool several minutes on sheet before removing to wire rack to cool completely.

5Prepare icing (recipe follows).

6Gently spread onto cookies.

7You might have some icing left over.

8Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
