Lemon Fish Fillet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh or frozen fish (walleye, Northern pike, haddock or cod)
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. dry wine (vermouth can be substituted for wine)
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine

Directions

    Place fish on cookie tray.

    Mix ingredients in small bowl; spoon over fish.

    Place in refrigerator to marinate 1 to 2 hours. Bake 20 minutes at 300° or until fish flakes.
