Ingredients

  • 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2/3 c. melted margarine
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 regular size can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted margarine and sugar into 9 x 13-inch pan or Tupperware.

    Reserve a little of the crumbs to sprinkle on top.

    Mix pie filling, Eagle Brand, fruit cocktail and lemon juice and pour over graham cracker crust.

    Spread Cool Whip over pudding mixture.

    Sprinkle remaining graham crackers over Cool Whip.

    Freeze.

    Remove 30 to 40 minutes before eating.
