- 8 oz. spaghetti
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook spaghetti in salted water to desired doneness; drain. Mince garlic.

2In pan, heat oil and butter.

4Cook for 1 minute.
