- 4 cups blueberries
- 12 cup low fat lemon yogurt
- 12 cup light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped candied ginger
Directions

1Wash and pat dry blueberries.

2Set aside in 4 serving dishes.

3Combine the yoghurt, sour cream, sugar and ginger in a small bowl.

4Spoon mixture evenly over blueberries.

5If not serving immediately, refrigerate the yoghurt mixture and spoon over fruit just before serving.
