  • 1 c. baby lima beans (frozen)
  • 1 (8 oz.) can red kidney beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can yellow wax beans
  • 1/2 small onion, sliced in thin rings
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 3 pkg. Equal sweetener
  • freshly ground black pepper

Directions

    Cook lima beans in small amount of water or steam them; cool. Drain
