- 2 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh thyme or 1 Tbsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted and divided
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) salmon fillet or other fish fillets
- 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Directions

1In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, cheese, thyme, lemon peel and salt.

3Add 4 tablespoons butter and toss lightly to coat.

4Set aside.

5Pat salmon dry.
