- 2 c. sugar
- 1 qt. water
- 3/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 large can pineapple juice
- 1 qt. ginger ale
Directions

1Combine water and sugar in a pan; boil for 5 minutes.

2Let stand and cool.

3Add lemon juice.

4Freeze in ice trays or mold 2 or 3 days in advance.

5When ready to serve, add ice mixture to the pineapple juice and ginger ale.

6Serves 30.

7Use medium punch bowl.
