- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pkg. vanilla wafers
- juice of 2 lemons
Directions

1Beat egg yolks.

2Add lemon juice and beat well.

3Add can of milk and mix thoroughly.

4Crumble a dozen or so wafers and press into bottom of pie pan.

5Add about 12 to 14 whole wafers around edge of pie pan.

6Pour mixture over crumbled wafers.

7Beat egg whites and add sugar.

8Spread this on pie and brown in oven.

9Cool and then chill in refrigerator.
