  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 lemons, juiced (or 4 to 6 Tbsp. ReaLemon)
  • vanilla wafers

Directions

    Line round Pyrex dish with vanilla wafers.

    Separate egg yolks, set aside egg whites.

    Mix egg yolks, milk and lemon juice.

    Pour over vanilla wafers.

    Top with meringue.

    Brown top in 325° oven. Cool and place in refrigerator.
