  • 1 can Borden Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 2 to 3 tsp. sugar

Directions

    Mix egg yolks with Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice.

    Pour into graham cracker crust.

    Beat egg whites, gradually adding sugar until forms stiff peaks.

    Spread over top of pie.

    Brown in 450° oven.
