  • yellow cake mix or lemon cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. boiling water

Directions

    Add boiling water to Jell-O; set aside to cool.

    Add oil to cake mix; beat one minute.

    Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each one.

    Add Jell-O mixture to cake mix and beat for one minute. Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 30 minutes.
