  • 1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 white cake mix
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 c. boiling water

Directions

    Mix Jell-O in boiling water; set aside to cool.

    Combine cake mix in large bowl with remaining ingredients including cooled Jell-O.

    Pour into greased and floured cake pan (Bundt pan) and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
