- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 small lemon jello, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
- 3/4 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
Directions

1In electric mixer, mix jello and cake mix.

2Beat in eggs, 1 at a time.

3Pour in oil and extract.

4Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Glaze with powdered sugar and lemon juice.

5Frost while still warm (wait about 10 minutes).
