  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 small lemon jello, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract

Directions

    In electric mixer, mix jello and cake mix.

    Beat in eggs, 1 at a time.

    Pour in oil and extract.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Glaze with powdered sugar and lemon juice.

    Frost while still warm (wait about 10 minutes).
