  • 1 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 2/3 c. sugar
  • 4 oz. pectin (2 boxes)

Directions

    In a 4-quart saucepan, mix together the lemon juice, sugar and pectin.

    Bring to a boil, stirring at first to smooth and blend ingredients.

    Allow to boil for exactly 2 minutes; remove from heat.
