  • 1 lb kale, stems removed
  • 12 cup raisins
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper

    heat oil in a stock pot.

    tear kale leaves and add to the pot.

    saute until kale becomes soft (about 8 min).
