  • 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter (soft)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Lemon Extract, Divided
  • 1/3 cups Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk

Directions

    1. Preheat oven 350°F. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

    2. Combine eggs, sugar, and butter. Add vanilla, 1 teaspoon lemon extract and lemon juice. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix in the oil.

    3. Pour batter into a loaf pan and bake 45 minutes. Cool.

    4. Prepare the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar, milk and remaining 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract. Add additional milk as needed. Drizzle the glaze over the top of the loaf.
