  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring

Directions

    Cream shortening, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.

    Add milk and flour alternately; add flavoring.
