- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 prebaked pastry shell
Directions

1Prepare and bake pastry shell.

2In medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; mix well.

3Stir in milk, lemon juice and egg yolks; cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

4Stir in butter and lemon peel.

5Cool.

6Fold in sour cream.

7Spoon into cooled, baked pie shell.

8Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

9Store in refrigerator.
