  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 large (9 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix together butter, flour and nuts.

    Press in the bottom of 8 x 12-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°; cool.
