  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 3 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix the first 3 ingredients; press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.

    Cream together the next 3 ingredients; spread on cooled crust.

    Beat the next 2 ingredients about 2 minutes; spread over cheese layer.

    Put more Cool Whip and nuts on top.
  5. 5
    Chill well.
