- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1/2 c. crushed nuts
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 2 1/2 c. cold milk
Directions

1Mix

2magarine, flour and nuts.

3Press mixture into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

5Blend cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip.

6Spread mixture over cooled crust.

7Blend together pudding and milk until smooth.

8Spread over cheese filling and top with additional whipped topping.

9Sprinkle with more crushed nuts.

10(Also very good substituting lemon pudding with butter pecan, pistachio or your own favorite flavor.)
