  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • 1 cup olive oil

    Whisk in the olive oil, a few drops at a time at first, then pour it in a steady thin stream, while continuing to whisk.
