  • 1 c. Eagle or Dime brand milk
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • juice of 3 lemons
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • dash of salt

    In medium size bowl, put egg yolks, slightly beaten, milk and lemon juice. Stir only until blended and thickened.
