- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. regular or quick oats
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°;

2stir together flour and sugars.

3Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

4Stir in nuts and oats.

5Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture.

6Press remaining mixture into bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

7Bake 15 minutes.
