- 1 lb. can salmon
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1 c. scalded milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. celery
- 2 beaten egg yolks
- 2 beaten egg whites
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine all ingredients except egg whites and mix well.

3Fold stiffly beaten egg whites into mixture. Steam bake 60 minutes.

4Unmold on serving plate and serve with creamed pea sauce.

5Makes 8 servings.
