- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon rind
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Mix the first 7 ingredients in order given, adding one egg at a time.

2Beat well.

3Bake in two (8 x 5-inch) loaf pans (greased and floured) at 350° for 40 minutes.

4Before removing from pans, mix the rest of ingredients and pour over loaves.

5Let set 10 minutes.

6Remove from pans; cool on wire racks.
