  • 1 lb. oleo
  • 2 1/4 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs (one at a time)
  • 2 oz. bottle pure lemon juice
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. candied cherries
  • 4 oz. candied pineapple

Directions

    Chop candied cherries and pineapple fine and mix with part of flour. Mix well and bake in 2 greased loaf pans (4 1/2 x 9-inch) at 275° for 1 1/2 hours or until turns loose from pan.
