- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 6 eggs (one at a time)
- 2 oz. bottle pure lemon juice
- 4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 8 oz. candied cherries
- 4 oz. candied pineapple
Directions

1Chop candied cherries and pineapple fine and mix with part of flour. Mix well and bake in 2 greased loaf pans (4 1/2 x 9-inch) at 275° for 1 1/2 hours or until turns loose from pan.
