  • 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1 box lemon or lime Jell-O
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 4 eggs
  • lemon rind, grated

Directions

    Mix cake mix, Jell-O, oil, water and lemon rind.

    Mix well. Beat eggs.

    Add and beat well.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour (or until done).

    Let cake stand in pan about 10 minutes before turning out. (Bake in tube or Bundt pan.)
