  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. pecan halves or pieces
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • juice of 1 lemon

Directions

    Pour into 8-inch unbaked pie shell.

    Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 300° and bake an additional 40 minutes or until pie is set and crust is brown.
