- 3/4 c. pecan halves or pieces
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- juice of 1 lemon

3Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 10 minutes.

4Reduce heat to 300° and bake an additional 40 minutes or until pie is set and crust is brown.
