Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli (10 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 1/2 pkg. herb stuffing mix (about 4 oz.)
Directions

1Cook broccoli according to package directions.

2Drain well. Mix all other ingredients except stuffing mix and butter.

3Place broccoli in 2-quart baking dish.

4Pour over ingredients over broccoli.

5Combine stuffing mix and melted butter.

6Sprinkle around edge of casserole.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. (This is better if prepared and refrigerated overnight and baked next day.)
