Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli (10 oz.)
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 oz.)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
  • 1/2 pkg. herb stuffing mix (about 4 oz.)

Directions

    Cook broccoli according to package directions.

    Drain well. Mix all other ingredients except stuffing mix and butter.

    Place broccoli in 2-quart baking dish.

    Pour over ingredients over broccoli.

    Combine stuffing mix and melted butter.

    Sprinkle around edge of casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. (This is better if prepared and refrigerated overnight and baked next day.)
