  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1 lb. sugar
  • 1/4 lb. butter, melted
  • juice and grated rind from 2 1/2 lemons
  • 1 partially baked crust

Directions

    Beat eggs well; add sugar and melted butter and then add juice and grated rind from lemons.

    Pour in partially baked pie crust. Bake at 350° until knife comes out clean when inserted in pie.
