Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 3/4 to 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 16 to 18 mushroom caps
  • 1 large green pepper, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 12 to 14 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 small yellow squash, cut into 1-inch thick slices

Directions

    Combine first 8 ingredients in a mixing bowl.

    Add meat; cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator.

    Remove meat from marinade.

    Alternate meat and vegetables on 4 skewers.

    Place on grill and cook according to taste for steak.
