  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

    Gradually add milk; heat until it begins to thicken.

    Beat eggs.

    Add the lemon juice.

    Gradually add about 1 cup of the hot milk mixture to eggs. Combine the two mixtures; cook until thick.
