  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix the yolks with milk and lemon juice. Pour into crust.

    Make a meringue of the egg whites by beating the whites until stiff.
