  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice

Directions

    Mix egg yolks; add milk and lemon juice.

    Pour into pie shell. Beat cream of tartar and egg whites until foamy.
