- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Mix egg yolks; add milk and lemon juice.

2Pour into pie shell. Beat cream of tartar and egg whites until foamy.

3Spread and seal over.

4Bake until golden brown at 350°.
