  • 1 box Jell-O cook and serve lemon pudding
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Add Jell-O, sugar and 1/4 cup water together.

    Beat egg yolks, then the 3 cups of water, margarine and lemon juice.

    Mix together well.

    Cook in double boiler until thickened.

    Pour into baked pie shell.

    Add meringue on top.

    Bake at 360° until golden brown.
