- 3 egg yolks
- 1 can (14oz) Eagle Brand sweet ended condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 baked pie crust
- 6 egg whites
- 2 tsp vanilla extract or cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven 325F.

2Beat egg yolks, gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk & lemon juice.

3Pour into crust.

4Bake 30-35 minutes or until set.

5To make Meringue: Beat egg whites on high really good.

6Add vanilla & sugar.

7Continue to beat on high till a non-glossy look is achieved.

8After pie is cooked, add meringue to top and cook in oven till tips are brown.
