Vanilla Cup Custard

Ingredients

  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Boil the milk, then beat together the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add the milk slowly; mix well and strain, then pour in baking cups or coffee cups.

    Place the cups in a pan with some water in it and bake in an oven at a temperature of 350°.

    When baked, remove from the oven and serve cold.
