- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Boil the milk, then beat together the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add the milk slowly; mix well and strain, then pour in baking cups or coffee cups.

2Place the cups in a pan with some water in it and bake in an oven at a temperature of 350°.

3When baked, remove from the oven and serve cold.
