  • 16 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cream
  • 15- 1/2 ounces, weight Canned Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice

    Note: Preparation time does not include refrigeration time.

    In a food processor or blender (I use a food processor), add all ingredients and process several minutes to combine well.

    Transfer to a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap.

    Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

    When ready to serve, I usually stir it well before serving.

    We love this with chocolate graham crackers, or coconut cookie bars.
