  • 1 lemon instant pudding (3 oz.)
  • 2 Tbsp. poppy seed or 1/4 c.
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs

    Beat eggs; add all ingredients and beat for 4 minutes.

    Bake 1 hour at 350° in tube cake pan.

    Cool 45 minutes.

    You can put frosting on if desired.
