- 1 box lemon velvet cake mix
- 1 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
- 3/4 c. cooking oil
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Beat eggs; add cake mix, pudding, cooking oil (or little less) and water.

2Beat until well blended.

3Grease pan with oil.

4Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.

5Let stand a few minutes, then punch holes in cake.
