  • 4 eggs
  • 1 box lemon velvet cake mix
  • 1 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 3/4 c. cooking oil
  • 3/4 c. water

    Beat eggs; add cake mix, pudding, cooking oil (or little less) and water.

    Beat until well blended.

    Grease pan with oil.

    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.

    Let stand a few minutes, then punch holes in cake.
