  • 1 box lemon supreme cake mix
  • 1 box lemon Jell-O instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 box confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice

    Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, water and oil.

    Beat well.

    Cook in greased tube pan at 350° for 1 hour.

    Mix sugar and lemon juice well.

    Pour 1/2 mixture over cake as soon as it comes from oven. After cake is removed from pan, add remaining icing.
