  • 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Blend all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 20 minutes.

    Bake in a greased and floured tube pan for 45 to 50 minutes.
