- 2 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. shortening
- 2/3 c. milk

1Cream sugar, shortening and butter together.

2Add one egg at a time, beating well after each.

3Add flour and milk to creamed mixture.

5Pour batter into greased pan and bake in preheated oven at 275° for 1 hour.
