  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 small box lemon pudding and pie filling
  • Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
  • 3/4 c. melted butter and Crisco oil (more of the butter)
  • 1 c. cold water

    Mix eggs, vanilla and lemon together.

    Add lemon pudding mix, cake mix, butter/oil and water.

    Bake at 350° for about an hour or until done.
