- 1 lb. real butter
- 1/2 c. regular sugar
- 1 box powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 Tbsp. Wesson oil or cooking oil
- 6 eggs
- 1 powdered sugar box full of sifted cake flour
- 1/2 c. whipping cream, unwhipped
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Cream together first 3 ingredients and add lemon and vanilla flavoring.

2Add oil for moisture.

3Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each one.

4Add flour alternately with whipping cream. Use milk.

5Grease and flour pan, then line bottom of tube pan with waxed paper.

6Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
