- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Sift together first 3 ingredients.

2In separate bowl, beat egg whites.

3To first mix, add lemon zest, egg yolks, milk and lemon juice.

4Add egg whites.

5Pour into 1-quart baking dish or 6 custard cups; place in cake pan with 1-inch of water.

6Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

7Serve hot or cold with dollop of whipped cream.
